After returning to the office a total of two times after my initial exam with the complaint that my glasses were not wor...king for me, I was told that he refused to see me, insisting that the prescription was correct. Nine months later and trips to the general MD and an opthamologist to rule out things like diabetes and auto-immune disorders that could contribute to eye issues, it turns out that the original doc rotated the lenses incorrectly for my astigmatism. I haven't been able to see for nine months because he refused to look into the issues I presented. more details
