Dr. James always guides me through the work of healing, without me feeling as though I'm doing it alone or that I can't ...do it. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understand what's going on before we embark on a course of treatment. He's professional without being stuffy. He's caring without being clingy. When I need to contact Dr. James between appointments, there is never an issue.
