This was the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor visit. First of all I saw the NP Amber , she made me feel li...ke I was a bother to her . As I sat in the chair she told me to stand and pull my pants down then she took three steps back and bent over to pretend to look at the affected area, which made me feel like she didn't want to be near me. I said pretend to looks at because there was no way she could have seen the problem from that position. Then she talked with the nurse to tell her what script to write and then explained to me how to use. I had asked at the beginning of the visit to check a growth or mole on my side. I left the room and as I was leaving the nurse called me back and Amber took the tool and told me to raise my blouse and she froze the thing off. After 7 days I was worse and called the office at about 1:30pm, I did not receive a call back until the next day by the nurse at which time she told me to be patient.
After another week of getting worse I decided to see my regular MD. He told me the script she gave me would not help what I had and gave me something else. Within days there was an improvement and I starting healing . I am sure if she had taken the time to properly check me I would not have suffered for 6 weeks with this problem.
