Court appointed GAL who went above and beyond to remove extreme evidence of domestic violence, child abuse and question ...of sexual abuse supported by therapists and pediatrician. Dr. Chirban was appointed by the Essex county family court for a n extreme cost of $10,000 while I and my children were receiving state benefits and deemed indigent by the court. My initial appointment was scheduled back to back with my abuser whom I had an active protection order against. Dr. Chirban’s report was extremely biased. He went so far beyond removing testimony of severe abuse including my attempted murder to the point his report did not make sense. Furthermore he refused to appear in court to be cross examined unless I personally paid for his appearance. He is a father’s rights activist which is further supported by his own custody circumstance. At trial I had numerous witnesses who were willing to testify he blatantly lied about their interviews however they were not allowed to comment as this high priced report is property of the Massachusetts courts which is withheld from litigants. This man is an evil horrific human being who should never be allowed to tote the title of doctor. He is unethical, corrupt and condones violence against woman/ children, extorting estates of the low income families, judicial abuse by proxy and perjury.
