I was a patient of Dr Cassani around 1991, I had an unusual injury as it was my T7 mid back and everyone expects the lo...wer back to be the problem. I was a truck driver and haled Campbell soup which has well over 100 varieties of soup, a 5 ft trailer holds 22 pallets so many are mixed and they must be segregated and stacked on a new pallet according to the pattern they desire for the racks they use, many times even if the load was all 1 flavor you still have to restack the entire truck onto their sie pallets which are about 1/3 smaller so you end up stacking about 80 pallets and having them counted and they allow only 3.5 hours to unload so its stressful and not conducive to correct lifting posture, I had twisting motion repetitive injury from thousands of twists lifting and moving 60,000 lbs of soup a day. Dr Cassani was the only Dr who took me seriously, he was able to tell me where it was bad and I never had to tell him a sthe other Dr's required, Dr Cassani simply looked at me and felt my back and said, right there, and boy was he right, I had a tough time pin pointing exactly where it was bad but I knew a link in my chain was not good, he gave me cortisone injections and I am fine to this day! more details
