Dr. Bernbeck came into my room and ignored all my questions. I was having major back surgery and in the middle of a que...stion, he left the room. more details

Dr. Bernbeck came into my room and didn't even make eye contact with me and he asked me a list of questions out of a man...ual. Honestly, it was quite awkward. I know he is busy, but he doesn't get paid based on how many patients he sees. Its Kaiser! His staff however was very helpful. Dr. Bernbeck was NOT personable or even really helpful. I am definitely going to a different physician next time. more details
