I was just there for a regular eye exam and didn't even have any questions, yet he still managed to be incredibly rude, ...arrogant, and dismissive. He did not even say hello or introduce himself -- just started barking orders like I was the most annoying burden ever. Well, I won't be back to bother him! more details
