Waited exactly 1 hour in the waiting room. No apology or acknowledgment from Mr. Prince or his office management. In f...act, when we inquired about the wait, Mr. Prince insinuated that we were lucky to have an appointment and we shouldn't be bothered by an hour long wait. Yes, Mr. Prince, our time is just as valuable as yours. To make matters worse, Mr. Prince made a bizarre (and possibly construed as off-color) comment about our primary doctors first name. Previous sessions with Mr. Prince felt rushed. They were basically him writing a prescription and sweeping us out the door. more details
