Dr. Kaner will make you feel comfortable at your first couple visits, BUT, you never get your phone calls returned and w...hen you do it is protocol that a "receptionist" call you back who has no clue what she is talking about it. The office manager is his wife, who is about the rudest person you can come into contact with. After sending a letter about my problems and concerns (because i could never get a call back from the nurse) I then received a letter he was "discharging me" as my patient. In the letter he wrote I refused to come for follow up appointments, which was a lie. I was never asked to make an appointment. He mentioned because I wouldn't take an anti depressant he rx to me (yeah so, it didn't make me feel well and it had nothing to help my MS) and because i never seen him after 4 weeks (which he never asked for me to) He dx me with MS, then sent a letter a month later advising me he will no rx me anymore prescriptions for my disease (real nice ey). So i have 7 days to find a new doctor because I give myself injections everyday. After this scary time in my life and many doctors later, i have never been treated the way his staff treated me and then to get a certified letter advising me he is longer taken me as a patient is the most disrespectful way to practice medicine. No phone call but a letter. If you decide to proceed to this office, be prepared to get "discharged" if they do not like to hear the truth about the way they run their office.more details
