Horrible. Her office staff is one of the RUDEST people i have EVER dealt with in my life. One of the most incompassionat...e and uncaring individuals i have ever met. She should be ashamed of having this man working for her.
As for Dr. Miles, cold and uncaring. Moves at a snails pace, and does not return phone calls when you need her. Even after multiple phone calls she will not call back.
Beware of her appointments too-- you confirm a date and time with her and either your early to your appointment as she has scheduled you 2 hours later than what she told you, or you miss your appointment completely as she has you down for a day before your appointment.
