In my opinion Jane gave answers she wanted to hear without even asking the patient the question. She also seemed to bri...ng the patient to a vulnerable position and then instead of being understanding ,went in for a vicious attack against the patient. A situation that could have been straightened out with some simple kindness has totally degenerated with her 'help'. It was the first and now definitely the last time I will ever seek 'help' with a situation. Talking to a friend or even a stranger has resulted in a more harmonious result for me. more details
