I have been seeing Dr. Jack Camarda @ Franklin Medical Rehab in Franklin Square for the past 6-7 years. In a nutshell th...is is what he did to me over the past few years: Exhibited very inappropriate behavior towards me, yelled at me in front of people, he was/is totally unprofessional. When he adjusted me he totally hurt me to the point where I was almost hospitalized. Totally disregarded what I had to say regarding treatment. This Dr asks bout very private/personal information and crosses boundaries all the time, doesnt know his place in line. The straw that broke the camels back with this Dr, was when I caught him falsfying my medical records. CONSUMBER BEWARE, STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS BONEHEAD AS POSSIBLE!!!! more details
