I went to Dr. Harley J. Cohen for the first time about 2 months ago. Everything went well until the sample medication h...e gave me did not work. I then called his office to explain to them the situation I was told I need to make another appointment, which was odd because I was just there a week and half prior. At this time I am in so much pain. Three weeks later Dr. Cohen eventually returned my phone calls and told me that his nurse was on vacation they were short staffed and that I should have more patience. Only to end the conversation with Dr. Cohen being very rude and condescending and being hung up on. more details
