September 14, 2020 was my first visit with Dr. Gary A. Daniel, and it will be my last. I will not be seeing this doctor... again. He was rude and did not greet me when he entered the examining room. As a first time patient you would think he would enter the examining room and greet his patient, and introduce himself. He did none of the above. He just waltzed in and sat down and starred at me as if he was high on drugs. He starred at me the entire time he was he was in my room. I felt very uncomfortable with him my entire visit. This was truly a very disappointing heart-breaking visit. I was excited about seeing him to see how he could help me with my heart issues. Extremely disappointed in Dr. Daniel, since other patients in the lobby had given me a good report on him. Well it was not the case when I saw him. He definitely needs to improve his bedside manners. After Dr. Daniel left the examining room, I told Rachel the Nurse Practioner that I did not like Dr. Daniel. She stated that he’s a good doctor, I said it doesn’t matter or not if you’re a good doctor, if he has bad bedside manners. I asked if I could see her for my next visit instead of seeing him. She stated she would put me on her schedule, although sometimes he may see a patient before her. This entire visit from beginning to end was horrible. My daughter and I waited for nearly three hours for the entire visit. This is too long to wait for any doctor. My examination was hot stuffy and smelled like dust. I could not breathed good in this examination room. I reported it immediately upon walking into the room. I reported to Maggie Brown. She stated it’s usually cold. I stated the air isn’t own at all in this room and it was affecting my breathing. I am a Asthmatic which is on my chart. I reported to Maggie several times, four to be exact that I couldn’t breathed good in that room. It wasn’t not until my daughter and I opened the examination room door to get fresh air when we were moved to another room. The next room had a working air conditioning. Maggie Brown had a bad nasty attitude when we entered the exam room. She was not cordial at all. She did not have my referral from my doctor, and blamed me for her not having my referral in the system. My daughter and I had to wait in the exam room for thirty minutes or more just for her to enter the information in the computer. This information should have already been dictated in the computer. So she blamed me for not having my records documented in the computer. I pulled up my fi,es in the portal from my doctors office and had my daughter give them to her. She stated to my daughter I have them now. It’s not my fault that she did not do her job prior to my arrival. Don’t blame your patients for your incompetence Maggie. I was made to feel less than a person at this Dublin, Ga Heart of Ga. Cardiology Office. My overall visit was absolutely the worst doctors visit I have ever had. The only person that was nice at this office from start to end was Rachel the Nurse Practioner. She goes beyond her call of duty and she deserves a raise and a promotion.more details
