Waited 2+weeks for an appointment. Fine...until we arrived during height of Covid pandemic to an entire staff (Nurses, A...dmin, Doctors) and patients NOT WEARING state-mandated masks! One staff member was "hacking up a lung" coughing - UNSANITARY in any situation. Quickly learned 1) Shallenberger cites 'expert research' (his own, fact-less opinion) that masks and Covid vaccines are worthless, 2) excuses his staff/himself from mask wearing under GUISE that they ALL have medical conditions such as "claustrophobia, COPD, lung issues...etc." I'm certain that they go to "no mask, no service" locations to buy groceries, restaurants, hospitals"...but hey, definitely YOUR CHOICE TO GET THE REST OF US SICK while we keep you safe by wearing a mask! He's already been sanctioned by Medical Board of Examiners in NV; malpractice/license removed in CA...so what should I expect. I'LL TELL YOU WHAT...BE TRANSPARENT TO NEW PATIENTS AND STOP WASTING OUR TIME...and risking our lives. Run your (MAL=BAD)PRACTICE as you see fit...but be upfront about it. more details
