This has been the most unproffesional place i have ever been to. I went on the day my appointment was scheduled for and ...i her secratery was very very rude..she did not even acknowledge us for a hour and then said our appointment was not for that day and told us to leave. i called the folling day and explained nicely that i have a voicemail with her confirming my appointment for the day before..and was rudely told she would take my number and call me a appointment day..it has been a week later andd she has not called. so i decided to call again today and explain that my daughter needs her bipolor medicine and i really need a appointment she explained that she will take my number and call me with a appointment. i explained that i have been waiting for a week. she was rude so when i asked for her name she told me if i dont like it i could find another place and hung up. truly am disappointed that ST.CATHERINES WOULD ASSOCIATE THEMSELVES WITH SUCH POOR CLASS DISRESPECTFUL PPL. more details
