Unprofessional: Answered a personal phone call on her cell phone during one of my sessions. Complained that she was over...ly tired and unable to function at another. Cursed during sessions, two separate times. I found her unwilling to listen, attempt to understand or be compassionate toward my family's issues. Arrogant: refused to see any side except her own. Most disturbing, she lied to me and my child. I refused to leave my young child with her! more details
