Dr. Torgerson was belittling and condescending. He appeared angry and hostile. He escorted me from an exam room to his... office, with no explanation as to why. I found out why. He began a barrage of highly confrontational questioning with accusations and questioned my motives for being there. He likely preferred to do this from his own office where he was in control and where other patients couldn't hear him. This was beyond poor bedside manners. I left feeling like I'd done something wrong when I hadn't, afraid and humiliated. more details
