shes an alcoholic - forever late with drama story after drama story of why shes late, you can wait upwards to 2 hours fo...r a 10 minute visit... she is very judgmental of clients, tells their stories... and if you are not above a certain income level or kiss her ass she basically will "professionally"(lack of professionalism, but definitely can play the part).... unprofessional to colleagues.... will try to discredit them when she doesn't get her way.... more details

Awesome when no one else could figure out my son's medications.
Spends as much time as is necessary listening to my ...concerns even though we were reluctant to have our son on medication. Great communication with pediatrician and even heart specialist.
Joanne up front is so caring and will find a way to get us in ASAP when we need to! more details
