I see so many people posting negative stuff about doctors, doctors are people too. They make mistakes and no one is perf...ect. I honestly prefer a doctor that knows his limitations and can relate to you as a person. Dr. Cheeks can.. I have been his patient for more than 20 years. He delivered my first child when I was 16 on the same day that his OWN daughter was born and drove back and forth between different hospitals to make sure we were both taken care of. NOthing screams care like that. He just did my hysterectomy two days ago. I can honestly say he prepared me for what I was going to experience and has made sure that I was well taken care of. His nurse Jackie is a very valuable asset to his staff and while she may be blunt, she gets the job done and she honestly cares. Before you judge a doctor based on one person's bad experience, try them out yourself and then decide. Not one person can please every single person they meet. I am as sweet as can be and yet I get people that complain about me in my job too. I love my doctor and I thank him for what he has done for me over the years.more details
