I am a nurse so it pains me to write this review. But Dr. Bankhead's office and Dr. Bankhead could really give two licks... about their patients! It's frightening how little they care.
My father tested positive for Covid and has multiple comormidities. We found a location for him to get monoclonal antibodies and all he needed was a a referral from his doctor. After multiple calls to the office they kept telling us we needed to wait. If you understand the situation you are aware that it is time dependent.
Not only was the office staff rude but they kept putting us off. It evidently wasn't a priority for their office or the doctor. Never mind that the infusion could be life-saving.
I honestly think that this doctor and her office staff could care less if my father died. It's disgusting and I would not send anybody including my dog to this office! more details
