They are very unprofessional. They do not answer the office phone ever! You must listen to a ten minute message before y...ou can leave a message and hope they will call you back. They are rude! If you have a question on the weekend or evenings there is no way to contact her. The only phone number on their message is to the children's hospital. They are lazy and I guess she does not care what happens. Do not disagree with her she's rude and has no bedside manner. I have never been to a dr that you can not call and at least talk to a receptionist. Or have an answering service give her a message after hours. more details
