Dr Hampton was very courteous, detailed and understanding. I believe that he would have been a great doctor to provide s...urgery on my knees. The issue was after my visit with the doctor. The office staff was to schedule a MRI and after 2.5 weeks no MRI. They stated they were waiting on the notes, then it was the person that transfers the notes was not in. I waited a couple more days and finally gave up and set another appointment with a different Doctor in Amarillo. This review is in no means against the doctor, I think he is great, it's just I began to second guess his office staff ability to handle the case, paperwork and insurance. Just how tough is it to schedule an MRI?
I have had issue in the past where other doctor's offices not properly following through with paperwork and insurance which ended up costing me a lot of time and money to clear it up. more details
