My impression of this office is that they lack compassion, mismanage time, and overbook appointments to maximize profits.... I was forced to wait more than two hours while caring for and accompanying a man with advanced Altzheimer's disease. After two hours, it was evident that the wait time would be at least another hour as there were four others still waiting in line ahead of us. The receptionist was indifferent to the elderly patrons waiting for extensive time periods in a crowded office. In short, this doctor and his office managers lack the necessary compassion and empathy to treat someone with who experiences stress due to advanced Altzheimer's disease. They have no regard for the extreme difficulty required of caregivers to bring someone in this condition to an appointment in a public space. We left before we saw Dr Dickoff that day. This doctor and his office is a Zero. No doctor or staff should EVER force an elderly patient to wait for three plus hours.more details
