The front office demonstrates zero compassion and outright lies to patients. After I specifically asked about parking du...e to my bad knee, I was told there was a lot with spots up front. When I arrived, the lot was a structure that wouldn't take vehicles over 6'. I called the office and they directed me to a residential street where the nearest open space was 1.2 miles away. Seriously? When I called back to complain that I can't make that walk, I was told that they've never had a patient that had a vehicle over 6' so there was no way to anticipate this. That's just impossible - an outright lie. I also had to tell them 6+ times that my knee was bad and I couldn't walk far. They just didn't understand the words, "my knee hurts really bad, I can't walk this far." Either they're stupid or cold-hearted. Not good either way.
They didn't care that I had waited 10 days for this appointment and had been laid out on my couch, unable to even make it to the bedroom. Driving was excruciating - and now I have to wait another week or two for another doctor to take me. They did NOT care that I had been suffering and would continue to suffer. Their attitude was, "I don't care."
Avoid this doctor at all costs. You'll just end up waiting in pain for no reason other than they can't provide proper parking instructions.
Oh, and they accused me of being cheap. "You know, other patients just pay to park." I had to remind them (again) that I didn't fit in the structure. Incompetence is an understatement. more details
