Outcomes:

I had been a patient for quite awhile and loved the staff. The office manager and physicians assistant are excellent. T...he problem I encountered was when I met with my primary doctor I had fallen on my way in and injured my knee. He sent me to a female doctor in Fayetteville after my visit and called ahead to make sure she could see me. Surprisingly this did not sit well with doctor Carrs staff. I don't know how they knew I had seen her but when I called for my appointment I was told I was no longer welcomed there. I don't believe their attitude and wished they had let me explain. It was unprofessional behavior and frankly childish to say the least. more details
