Dr. Serkes is a very knowledgeable doctor. He doesn't have much of a personality and his humor is a little dry, but we ...aren't going to him for his personality. He has always been very helpful and spot on with diagnosing our child. The doctors and nurses are great at this practice, but they really need to look in to training some of the front desk associates. There is one receptionist who always seems to be in a bad mood. They are a very popular practice and usually you have to be put on hold right as they answer the phone. Most times you need to leave a message to speak to a nurse or make an appointment. The office moved but did not adequately inform the families of the change of address. Many people including our family ended up going to the old office, calling the practice and having to get directions to the new office, ultimately making us late for our appointments. A simple question when scheduling the appointment could have saved a lot of hassle.more details

Dr. Serkes was thorough where other providers were not, and diagnosed a serious medical condition for my daughter. He ...was also able to give me advice in order help my young son be successful in school with ADD/ADHD. I would highly recommend him as a pediatrician for your children.more details
