Office staff was very rude, called for over a week no one every answered the phone, left two messages say will return ca...ll in 24 hrs never got a call back. Went to office at 12:15 door locked with office staff inside no one bothered to come and check if the could help. They say phone is not working, over a week is not an acceptable excuse for a Doctors office, call IT dept or phone Co it can be fixed in a day!
Went to office again receptions was rude, tried to make new pt appt, she said not making any now ask when still not helping. She suggested other Dr in their office and I told her Tricare Prime didn't use that Doctor. Then she says Dr. Christopher doesn't take Tricare and I said he is listed. All in all if the staff is a reflection of the doctor, it is not a good one. more details
