Didn't take the time to do an exam before he had decided on surgery. Fortunately, I moved to another Urologist that afte...r an exam suspected prostate cancer. Had I accepted Fetner's advice I'd be living with and dying of cancer. Terrible beside manor. I've now been chasing a refund for over 3 months for service not rendered. His office manager has lied to me about her communication with their billing office with neither of them knowing what the other is doing. He has an offsite accounting office that is supposed to issue checks and they will not respond to email and his office will not give out the phone number. This entire operation is unprofessional. I've never been compelled to write a negative review, but I urge you to stay away. Dr. and staff/organization are the worse experience I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. more details

Dr. Fetner and staff were very diligent in my care. I could not have been more satisfied with the level of care or the s...ervice i received. I have recommend Dr. Fetner to everyone i know that is in need of a urologist. His level of experience and down to earth disposition is a refreshing find in today's world of medicine. Also, he recently moved his office location from Suite a-230 to a-234 (right next door) when I inquired as to why, he told me that it allowed his patients quicker access and a more convenient level of service. Dr. Fetner is an exceptional physician!!!! more details
