Dr. Lamade is great, but the terrible billing department and lack of leadership by any office managemnt led to us leavin...g his practice. The billing and insurance department is the worst I have ever seen. We experienced multiple thousands of dollars in shifts in debts and credits from this office. If the billing department was as good as Dr. Lamade, this would be an amazing practice, sadly, it isnt even close. more details
