I had to wait over an hour and 45 min's in a substandard/nasty/cold waiting room that was full of parents with little ch...ildren screaming, coughing, yelling and running around (a nightmare). They did not have anything to entertain the children that had to wait for the long periods of time (ie a table, blocks, books anything like most Pedi offices). Then when Dr. Engmann entered the room he did not wash his hands before with the exam (Hepa rules). After telling him my son has had a high temp(103) for over 3 weeks he just listened to his heartbeat and told me to bring him back in a week if he continues to have a high temp (really, I waited 3 weeks and $60.00 later to hear this). I am a nurse and I felt that he just didn't give a care or any care for that matter. I ask if he could get a CBC to see if anything was going on with my son and he said Nooooo just see me in another week and we will do it than if he still has a temp. I will never step foot in this place again.more details
