Beware of this doctor. I was checked by his interns and he only spent a few moments with me. His diagnosis was based o...n information provided to him by his interns. His diagnosis was incorrect because neither the doctor nor his interns listened to me regarding my symptoms. To make matters worse when I requested that my records be sent to another doctor they included blatant errors relating to my symptoms and medical history. For example someone wrote that I denied having loss of side vision. First of all the loss of peripheral vision was one of the reasons I went to see him. It was also written in my record that the condition gets better with blinking. What I said was that the floaters got better with blinking but not the blurry vision. In addition, it was written that I don't have headaches and again this is incorrect. It turned out that I had an eye stroke which was diagnosed several weeks later by a different doctor. I was concerned about this possibility and even went so far as to call back Dr. Wisotsky to check that he had ruled out an eye stroke I had to call him back because I didn't feel that he spent enough time with me. One of his staff called me back to assure me that I was checked for an eye stroke. Note: Although I had many tests and my eyes remained dilated for over 7 hrs. I was not given a visual field test. Definitely stay away from this doctor.more details
