I felt the complete opposite. When I went in for my initial appointment I waited over an hour. Once I was seen the medic...al assistants weren't very pleasant. I felt as if I wasn't welcome there, while they ran around frantically. I was seen 3 times, and both my daughters for acne treatment before deciding the doctor wasnt for my family. I heard the girls in the hallways giggling about a term the office uses frequently... "PRN", however they don't mean "as needed" as any normal doctor would. They use this term when patients irritate them, talk for too long, if something isn't physically appealing, etc. from what I heard in the hall they were worried a patient knew what the term meant, after the patient informed the doctor he was familiar with the term. I have also caught the doctor rolling his eyes behind me while I was speaking to him. There wasnt a time I went in and didn't feel completely rushed.more details
