I had asked for an appointment with Dr. Grischow's associate - Dr. Brown, because he had superbly treated a patient of m...ine who had no insurance. He treated him with compassion and skill -my patient was very satisfied with the care, and I was impressed with his compassion. Dr. Brown was not available, so I saw Dr. Grischow. I was not disappointed. My appointment was an add-on that day for an urgent matter, I was a new patient, but they took me anyway. The office ran on time, I only sat for about 15 minutes. I totally disagreed with his treatment, but he was such a gentleman about it, explained everything he thought, and why he believed his treatment options were the best. He was kind and compassionate, and referred me to a specialist for further care. He did not belittle me because I disagreed with him. My only complaint was that I wanted him to take care of the problem, instead of sending me to a super specialist. I would highly recommend him.
Compassion and understanding in a specialist are a rare thing. more details
