Dr. Brian Vath, MD

Dr Vath is the best of the best. He cares, he listens, he has a great sense of humor, and I trust him more than I have t...rusted any doctor before. I like that he is young (~40yo) so he is more relatable to me than an older doctor is. I had only ever seen female health care providers in the past because I found it uncomfortable to discuss personal issues with a man, but Dr Vath came highly recommended to me and I'm glad I took a chance on him. What really makes a difference to me is that once he gets to know you, he has an uncanny ability to remember the details of your life. You can call him randomly on the phone while upset and he knows who you are and what you are upset about without you having to remind him. You can tell he cares and doesn't make you feel like any patient is interchangeable with another. Another thing I like is that he doesn't tend to leave too many uncomfortable silences like a lot of psychiatrists do. He will talk and has an opinion, he can fill a silence until you are ready to talk. He is also accessible when you are in crisis, and for that I am eternally grateful. I wouldn't be here today if it weren't for him and I am thankful to him for saving my life. He definitely has a fan in me and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. more details
