This guy is the biggest jerk that I've met in a LONG time & I work in customer-service so I meet a jerk every few days, ...or better. He lets his staff treat the patients like garbage and if you dare to say anything about it, he'll tell you to get the Hell out of his office. I tried to blame myself but even when I 'bent over backwards' to try to get through my office visits without making the staff angry but nothing seemed to work and when I told Dr. Michlin, all that he cared about was that I would shut-up. He said that if I have 'a problem' with his staff that I need to go elsewhere for (mis)treatment. more details
