They say they are coming back from lunch at a certain time and only leave at that time. That is wasted time in line when... I could be doing something else during her lunch break. She needs to be on time if you say you are coming back at 12:30pm don't leave your office at 12:30pm. That is rude and then her assistants just laugh. more details
