First time I waited for my appointment 2 hours and next time for 1 hour. When I expressed my displeasure of this kind of... patient’s mistreatment, Dr. Lieberman try to apologize by suggesting that patients should call in advance and ask about wait time - not the way around! Dr. L. offered me referral the hospital for injections to help my neck pain, but it took me more than one month being in pain, 6 calls to his office, writing him two letters and dealing with very unfriendly staff, one wrong referral and refusal to explain all of that! Then they lost my MRI disk that I brought with me and needed for the my injection. Dr.’s office insisted that I did not bring the disk and they do not know even how to apologized! Dr. Liberman’s office staff seems to be ignorant and unfriendly. They display total abhorrence toward patients without comprehension that they may be in pain!more details
