I’ve had problems with my weight all my life and I did not want my kids to follow in my footsteps. My son and daughter... both attended Dr. Bosworth’s ECHO Kids program and it really helped both of them change their eating and exercise habits. It was a fun program for them because they had games for them to play and have fun with while they learned important nutrition tips and got some great exercise.

I am now using Dr. Bosworth as my own physician and she has helped me deal with my weight issues and health. She is kind, caring, and encourages me to stay strong and have willpower over my eating habits. more details
