I would not recommend Dr. Hultsch as a dermatologist. I've been to her office on 3 different occasions to talk about som...e spots on my skin. Every time I've been to her practice she is very rude and does not take her time or understand my needs. She claims that I'm a perfectionist with my skin when I have spots all over my back and legs that clearly everyone else can see. The last time I was there, was to talk about acne. She ended up sending me home with a medication that I later found out, after i had been taking it for 4 days and suffering from the worse side effects that you can possibly suffer from that the meds were not FDA approved for acne. Dr. Anne-Lise Hultsch gave me a medicine primarily to treat heart disease and other medical problems that I do not suffer from. She put me on 100mg for someone who is only 5'3 and 105 lbs, no taking into consideration other risk factors when prescribing my meds. When I started to get really sick from the meds she had given me, I started to call other doctors in town to get a second opinion. I was told that the medicine can be used for acne, but it would not be the first choice that they would have prescribed for me.Two different doctors suggested to start looking for a new dermatologist. I was told by my old dermatologist that when people are on those meds they make you have blood work done before and while you are on those meds. She also said that she needed to start with 25mg to see how my body would react to it. They also said that every 3 months you should be going in for follow ups, dr. Hultsch never mentioned any of these things to me. When someone called her on behalf of me she was so rude over the phone. She was not concerned about my health, but instead she was more worried about her reputation and the fact that we had talked to other dermatologist in town. I would suggest that you always check whatever meds she gives you because she could be putting your life on the line. I am never going back to Dermatology of Northern Colorado.more details
