Twice in my life I have rated a doctor this low. Dr. Le gets an F-. Not only were wrong tests run, she has a staff that... are very frustrated with her. She seems to run from memory instead of putting things into the computer. I had to get a lab draw for my thyroid. Mind you there is no fasting for that draw, but she ran a full panel without my knowledge. There were no clear orders in the lab techs file and Dr. Le ran it for a full lab panel which is NOT what I was there for. While I was doing my lab draw the staff were dictated to by Dr. Le about other patients while they were drawing my blood. Hello? There are computers for messaging. Interruptions are not helpful to staff who need to concentrate with what's before them. It is no wonder how she gets things confused when its all in her memory. She ordered prescriptions without talking to me about them. She does not listen. Now I am dealing with a referral for an MRI that she did not do the paperwork for. She's running about 100% on mistakes with me. Too boot, the staff was talking about another patients breast cancer... HIPAA violation. Oh, the outcome of my MRI was not sent to me until after I left the clinic with complaints. I had to get the MRI results through my chiropractor. more details
