Dr haputa does not listen to patients. He tells them what to do. Makes promises he can not keep which effect patients ...dramatically. I spent 4 days in a hospital with a septic gallbladder waiting for Dr Hauputa. I could have gone to Valley general or any other large ER and had my surgery in 24 hours or less. Dr Hauputas staff is uncaring. Even at my post op appt which Dr Haputa was running an hour late for....I told the front office person, Shasta, I had kids to pick up. She had no empathy...not one "sorry he's late" ....nothing. I ended up leaving after waiting 45 minutes. I never had my pre op. but of course they charged for it anyway. I called to complain and Shelia told me "yes...I heard you left all upset.....we have never had complaints on Shasta before". So according to these folks....it's the PATIENTS probelms....not them.more details
