Dr Rapkin referred me to Dr McDonald and I was severely injured during a pudendal nerve block. Both doctors acted terrib...ly and were most concerned with covering their butts. Dr. Rapkin acted like no big deal. I told her I could not care for my young child for six months. Both doctors are still giving unguided by ultrasound vaginal pudendal nerve blocks. According to my doctor a pelvic pain specialist this is a very risky procedure. Please get a second opinion. more details
