I really like Dr Ferry, but His staff needs to be better trained, they do not return phone calls, did not follow up with... my insurance company for an authorizion, I had to wait, while in pain for them to get an authorizion, the person that is charge of the staff really needs to retrain them, I finally had my surgery and was pleased with the Doctor, but after a year I need to have another surgery on the same promblemed area, ( not the Doctors fault). The scheduling nurse, again have not scheduled me, not called me, I've been waiting 3 months for her call, she doesn't return phone calls, The only reason that I continue to go to this Dr. Is because I started with him, He did the first surgery, Could he possibly know how his staff is? Or just doesn't care?more details
