His office help did not schedule my appointment correctly.
He was very vague on pre- surgery preparation.
He was... late the day of the surgery.
I was told there would be no pain after the endoscopy, there was excruciating pain the next 2 days.
I had to call back over a month later to receive the biopsy results that they said they would call within a week with. more details
