Dr. Marano is a great neurologist. Very easy to talk with, and he seems to be genuine in his responses. Smart, well educ...ated in his field. Great bedside manner, I feel very confident that I have someone on my side. He does his research, and will call you with the right answers. Takes a little time to get an appointment, however there is a nationwide doctor shortage. He doesn't ''push'' anything, and leaves the decisions up to you based on his expertise. Highly recommended. more details
